Mansion tax is morally wrong – they’re attacking hardworking people

Robin Baxter-Ayling, who invested £300,000 to convert a disused Lincolnshire church into a £1m five-bedroom family home, has strongly criticised potential "mansion tax" extensions or higher property taxes. Coming from a working-class background, he argues that taxing expensive homes is a "jealousy tax" that unfairly punishes hardworking middle-class people while funding an out-of-touch government.

Man claims he was targeted in hit and run in busy Horncastle car park

Robin Ayling alleges he was the victim of a deliberate hit-and-run in a Horncastle Tesco car park on August 6 after a minor, harmless contact with a black truck. The driver reportedly threatened Ayling before accelerating into him, causing him to be knocked to the ground before fleeing the scene.
